Shipping Rates
All shipments will be sent UPS ground or Priority Mail. Most orders will be filled and delivered within 1-3 business days. If shipping address is a P.O. Box, please provide street address for delivery. If other shipping arrangements are needed, please e-mail us or call at our office at 1-877-909-8722(TRCA).

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding freight). Items returned within 15-60 days of purchase will receive a refund or credit minus a 15% restocking fee (excluding freight). Items are not returnable after 60 days. The items must be unused, in re-sellable condition with the original packaging. For health reasons, earpieces and headsets are not returnable.
